  Had a fault with the dishwasher. Came out and fixed it, 4 days later. it broke again. Call them and they said they sent someone over. They said it is a new fault and I have to pay for it again. Some young lad came and trying to figure out why it doesn't start. Thought it was the magnetic switch, which he replaced. Being on the phone and waiting for up to 3 hours and finally someone told him to reset the boiler button (took 2 seconds to do) and the dishwasher start again. Being charged £242.40 for 3 hours work but actually more like 20 mins. Please do not use this company. I phoned them up and they said the bill stand as he is on site for 3 hours. (lol, its like one of those plumber stuck their head in the sink cupboard and fall asleep wake up 3 hours later and charge them 3 hours work).
